Located conveniently close to the highway, this accommodation sits in a quiet area and is near the bus station which takes you to the city center. the rooms are spacious and impeccable with comfortable beds and well-maintained bathrooms. the friendly staff provides excellent service, offering helpful advice on nearby attractions. Breakfast is a highlight with a variety of delicious options to choose from, including fresh coffee, yogurts, and fruits.
Although the location is ideal for those traveling by car or bus, it might not be suitable for individuals traveling on foot as there are limited dining options nearby.

The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. The the room and the whole hotel was sweet and nicely designed. The garden was lovely and the breakfast was breathtaking. It was very pleasant to wake up and smell freshly baked croissants that tasted superb! We really enjoyed our stay in Alloggi Marin and would have liked to stay there much longer.

The service and hospitality are great the rooms were extremely clean and beautiful the breakfast was perfect and the owners were most kind it is better to arrive when there is steel light because the entrance little bit hard to find (a lighting's sign outside could solve it easily)

However, the owners were friendly and welcomed us with open arms. They gave us some good recommendations for local restaurants. On the other hand, the room was small, but clean and had all the necessary amenities. the breakfast offered was good, we enjoyed the fresh fruit and coffee.
Don't bother staying at this hotel. It's too far from the city center and public transportation is a hassle.

We had a fantastic stay in this city. One of the best aspects of this hotel was its unbeatable location in a quiet area near the bus station. We were able to quickly and easily get to the bus stop to Venice, which was only 100 meters away. Additionally, the hotel facilities were impeccable. The room was clean and well-furnished, and we had access to free and secure parking. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, giving us detailed instructions on how to reach Venice and even providing us with bus tickets. Last but not least, the breakfast was delicious and varied, with many different options available.
Nothing could have been better.

Almost everything was very good: kind service, nice appartement, clean bedroom, enclosed parking area...
Breakfast were good however only sweet things were available, I.E. no ham, sausages, cold meats, etc.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of luxurious amenities and exclusive facilities. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable and the staff was incredibly friendly. the room was spacious and elegantly decorated, with a comfortable bed and private balcony overlooking the serene surroundings. the bathroom was modern and equipped with high-end toiletries. We couldn't resist using the private Jacuzzi, which was an indulgent and relaxing experience.
Although it was included in the room rate, the variety was limited and the quality of some of the items was not up to par.

When we arrived we received a very warm welcome from Julian. The hotel has a very nice atmosphere and is decorated with attention to detail. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious, very clean and comfortable with an excellent airconditioning. The hotel has a good and secure parking and has a quiet location (the road is at a distance of approx. 50 m). A good and fresh breakfast was served and in the garden. With only a short drive (20 minutes) to Venice and a busstop (with a direct connection with Venice) at 50 m, the location of the hotel is good for visiting Venice. We recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a nice and quiet hotel close to Venice.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the friendly and accommodating staff who were very helpful with giving key location information and advice on visiting nearby cities. the breakfast served was plentiful and varied, making it an enjoyable and relaxing breakfast experience. the secure parking offered at the location was extremely convenient.
One disadvantage of this hotel is that it is situated quite far from the main attractions of Venice, taking approximately 30 minutes by bus to get to. Another downside is that the location offers limited accessibility, with only a small number of rooms available to guests.

The hotel was very clean, and the couple who attended were very kind. The breakfast was not very complete, but it was ok, you can have breakfast in the garden! The bus stop to Venice is 200meters from the hotel, and the trip lasts 30 minutes, so if you want to visit the city it is a nice place to stay.
